Import from previous invitations

We've made it easy for you to copy an invitation, so you don't have to create everything from scratch when much of it is the same as a previous invitation you've worked on.

Below we explain how to import the different parts of the invitation.

Import General information

1. Click "Create new invitation" on the front page you land on after logging in.
2. In the top right you'll see the option "Import from previous invitations", where you choose the invitation you want to copy from.
3. All information from the invitation you copied from will now be filled into the new invitation you created.
4. Remember to update dates and other fields that have changed since last time.
5. Save the new invitation at the bottom of the page.

Import Options / Products

1. Edit your invitation by clicking the "Edit" button in the list of your invitations. If you're already in edit mode, go directly to step two below.
2. Select the tab called "Options".
3. A little further down the page you'll find a button called "Import".
4. Choose which previous invitation you want to copy the options in from.
5. Click the "import" button.

Import Registration form

1. Edit your invitation by clicking the "Edit" button in the list of your invitations. If you're already in edit mode, go directly to step two below.
2. Select the tab called "Registration form".
3. A little further down the page you'll find a button called "Fetch from previous invitations".
4. Choose which previous invitation you want to copy the registration form in from.
5. Click the "import" button.

Note: Remember to carefully review all fields you copy in, especially years and dates, which are easy to overlook. This helps you avoid misunderstandings and errors for those registering or paying for something.
