With Superinvite you reach everyone
Communication with members is important, and Superinvite lets you do this in several ways. If you need to inform people about changes to a gathering or an invitation, it's just a click away. It's also important that members are told what they need to pay for, so the club doesn't miss out on revenue. Superinvite lets you solve all of this quickly and easily.
Features and overview
Send out a payment message
With Superinvite it's very easy to send out messages saying that something needs to be paid to the club, or if you want to invite all members to, for example, a football school or FFO (after-school football program) / academy. All you need to do is pull in registrations from previous invitations you've sent, or add them via Excel import. As long as you have it digitally, it's done within a couple of minutes.
Automatic reminders
We continuously keep track of who hasn't responded or registered after you've sent out invitations. This lets us send out reminders to those who haven't responded. We do this completely automatically, so you don't have to remember to do it yourself.
For recurring payments / installment payments, we also send out reminders if there isn't sufficient funds on the card, or if there are other issues. We do this up to five times over 14 days.
Send messages to members
Because Superinvite is structured so that you always have up-to-date information, it's also easy to reach everyone if you want to send out a message. You choose who you want to send it to, and it's done within a couple of minutes. You can also choose to send it to specific age groups, or those who have paid for a specific product.
Full overview in lists
We consider lists and reports an important part of communication within the club. Having up-to-date lists and reports when you need to take attendance or find information is very important, and saves the club a lot of time. With Superinvite you always work in real time, giving you the latest information no matter what platform you're on or where you are.
Send out invitations
It's easy to send invitations through Superinvite, and you have several options for pulling names and email addresses into the solution. You can import from previous invitations, or from Excel. We remove all duplicates and clean up invalid emails so you don't have to clean the lists yourself.
Automatic reminders
After you've sent out invitations to a list you have or added, you'll have a full overview of who has responded and who hasn't. If you want to send an automatic reminder to those who haven't responded, Superinvite takes care of it for you. This way you can be sure you reach everyone, and that no one is left out.
Send out messages
If you have a message for an age group or someone who has bought a given product, you can easily filter for these and send out a message through Superinvite.
