SuperInvite

Export lists and reports

In SuperInvite you have a range of ways to work with data in a varied and flexible way that suits you. To find these, go to Reports and then to the tab called Export lists.

At the bottom of the page you'll find options to use the following export alternatives:

Real-time reports (Link): This is a very useful feature when you need to see lists in real time. All lists appear in real time. That means if mom or dad is on the bus paying 2 minutes before practice, the club will see that information in its lists right away.

Example: You need to send an overview of everyone who has paid the training fee to the team manager for U12, so they can easily keep track on their phone while at the field. Then you check only U12, and send the link to the right team manager. The team manager will have a real-time overview of everyone who has paid the training fee for their team.

Registration list (Excel): This is the same as the real-time report, but the list cannot be updated in real time once you have downloaded your Excel overview.

Example: The year is over, and you need to work on your membership list. You can then export a Registration list in Excel and continue working with it there.

For both of these reports you can use the filtering options you see on the page, where you can check and uncheck different product types you want in the report. This is especially important to keep in mind for the Real-time report, where you'll want to uncheck any sensitive information.

Order list (Excel): Your order list shows you all the information you need to keep track of order details. Here you can see who has paid, the amount, and the payment date.

Example: If you need to document the amount and all payments related to a football school, you can send this list.

Invitations (Excel): This is only relevant if you have sent invitations through Superinvite. In this Excel sheet you get an overview of everyone who has been invited, and who has responded and who hasn't.
