Refunds

Refunds in SuperInvite are simple and flexible to use in cases where someone who has paid for something should get money back on their account for various reasons. To refund an amount, go into your Order list and find the correct order. Click Show details on the relevant order, where you'll find the following refund options at the bottom of the page:

• Refund the full amount paid: Refund the full amount, including transaction fees.
• Refund net amount only: Refund the amount excluding transaction fees
• Refund a custom amount: Here you enter the amount you want to refund yourself.

All refunds will be shown under History, which you'll find at the bottom of the page for each order you refund on.
