What do I need a QR code for?
Using QR codes is often done in connection with events, where it is important to keep control of the number of participants, or who has checked in and who hasn't. If it's necessary for the event to know whether everyone has arrived or not, a QR code is useful to use.
How do we as a club use the QR code system?
QR code is best used together with the “Attendance List” in Superinvite, but can also be used independently of it. If you use QR code together with the Attendance List, you can see who has arrived and who hasn't shown up / participated. All you need to do to activate QR code is to check that you want this under “Attendance List”.
Is it safe with regard to privacy?
A QR code in Superinvite contains only information about the person's name, and what they are participating in, as well as date and organizer. Only those logged in to Superinvite can bring up this invitation.
Are the lists updated automatically?
Yes, that's the clever part about QR codes for all participants. Every time someone scans their QR code, it is automatically updated in Superinvite's Attendance List.
