GDPR / Privacy in SuperInvite

SuperInvite takes privacy seriously, and as of July 2018 new guidelines related to GDPR came into effect. Here are the concrete features in SuperInvite we have put in place to safeguard privacy:

• Everyone can opt out of emails from the SuperInvite system. This applies to invitations, receipts, reminders, or other situations where we need to send information to the user. They can do this easily by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email they receive from SuperInvite.
• Everyone in the system can also opt out of receiving invitations from the SuperInvite system. Your organization manages this under the Order list and View details. Here you can check a box to exclude a person from future invitations.
• SuperInvite has a widely used Live report, where all data is shown in real time. If there is a person who should not be shown in the list, you can check this under Order details from the Order list.
• Disabling live links – If you have published a live link (real-time report) and change your mind or want to disable the link, you can easily do so under Share this report under Reports.
