Superinvite and NIF integration

Superinvite works with several hundred clubs on membership fees and training fees, and will during the fall offer a NIF (the Norwegian Sports Federation)-approved membership solution for handling these. The solution itself will be delivered together with Consio / Team Data Systems, which is already an approved integration partner with NIF.

We want to offer this so that you as a club can get an offer for a comprehensive solution that covers all needs around managing your membership base. The solution will, just like Superinvite, be a user-friendly and feature-rich system. The solution is planned to be ready before the new year 2019, and we will keep you continuously informed about further developments.

Superinvite is growing

We have had strong demand from new clubs in 2019 as well. We have therefore hired a new person to take good care of our new and existing customers, and we welcome Håvard Nordlie to the team. Håvard has broad experience in sales and marketing, and has also been active in club administration for several years. He starts with us on October 1, 2019, and will get to know you along the way.

New rules for online payment

Security around payments is important to Superinvite, and we have recently been working to comply with the EU's new guidelines for secure payment online (SCA). In practice, this means that everyone who pays through Superinvite must verify their payments with an extra step. How each person needs to verify the payment depends on the bank they use. You can find more information about the new regulation from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) on this page.

Make it easy with real-time lists

The real-time list in Superinvite is a useful feature that can save you a lot of time. This list shows everyone who has paid in real time, and opens via a simple link without you needing to log in. You can easily export the real-time list under "Reports" and "Export lists". Remember that you can also customize your own list, and send the report link to the team leader or the person responsible. It's also easy to search within the lists, so you can structure the content the way you want.
