Easter has passed and we're noticing a lot of activity in the clubs these days. It's great to see how both children and adults across the whole country can once again organize and take part in activities after a few years with the pandemic. At Superinvite we keep continuously developing our systems so you can optimize your activities and spend your time on what's fun. Lately we've built even more useful features that make everyday life even easier for clubs, expanded internationally, and strengthened support.

New Sales Manager in Denmark Lars Bergstrøm has been hired as the new Sales Manager in Denmark. We welcome Lars and look forward to working with him going forward. Lars has long experience with customer service and sports, and he will help even more clubs and tournaments get started with Superinvite and Cup Manager in Denmark.

New support team member We have also strengthened our support department, and we welcome Momodou Cham to the team. Momodou has experience from both clubs and support, and he has also lived for several years in Norway, Sweden, and England. Momodou is already well underway and we look forward to giving you great service whenever you need it.

Popular Superinvite APP In the Superinvite APP for those who pay and register, you have a full overview of all orders, registrations, QR codes for attendance, and management of payment cards, and more. We recommend that all our clubs encourage members to use the Superinvite APP for a simpler everyday life, both for those who pay and for the club.

Periodic revenue report We recommend that all clubs use the monthly report in Superinvite when settling accounts each month. Even so, there has been a need for a separate report where the club can see all revenue figures over a full year or a chosen interval. This is now available under "Settings".

Attendance list If you run FFO (an after-school football program), a football school, or other invitations, you can now easily get advance notice of who is and isn't coming. That makes it easier to plan everything and gives better predictability. In Superinvite, under "Attendance list", you have a full overview of everyone who has registered for the days in question. Remember to set the weekday in front of each product under "Options". Contact us if you have questions about the "Attendance list" in Superinvite.
