Link for direct payment in all payment reminders

On all payment reminders that are sent out, there's now a new feature available where the user can choose to pay / settle the outstanding amount directly. We hope this can help the amounts get paid to the club faster, and it also makes it possible for another person to pay (for example a partner), or if you want to use a different card than the one registered on the charges.

Easier overview of unpaid and stopped charges

Until now, you've had a good overview of all installment charges that have had trouble going through. We've now made it even easier to distinguish between charges that are still being attempted, and charges that have been attempted 5 times, and therefore had further attempts stopped. The new feature makes it easier to follow up on those with outstanding charges / receivables the club can collect.

Easier setup of multiple-choice products

What are we working on now?

We work continuously to develop Superinvite, so our users get an even simpler everyday experience. Even though we're already leading in functionality around managing academies and after-school football programs, we have some major updates coming around the new year. Below you'll find a bit of information about that.

– Variable prices for recurring payments at the academy

The activity level throughout the season can vary somewhat, depending on holidays like Christmas / New Year, summer vacation, and other factors. This also affects what price should be set that month. Soon you'll be able to set prices per month throughout the year, for example a zero amount in July, or half price in December when activity is usually somewhat lower. We hope this can make the Superinvite experience even simpler for academy management.

– Notice period for academies

Some academies have a notice period, where for example there's a one- or two-month notice period. Soon we're launching a feature where you can set a given notice period, starting from the date someone cancels their installment plan.

– Easier to change an active registration at the academy

In some cases, academy participants want to change from, for example, two to three days a week, or vice versa. We're now working on a solution where you can easily change this directly, without having to cancel the active plan and enter a new registration.
