Positive ripple effects around Invite Sport

Sport creates community, hope, and development – both here at home and in East Africa. That is why we are proud of our partnership with East Africa Cup.
East Africa Cup (EAC) is an annual education and culture festival for young people held in Moshi, Tanzania. Since it began in 2003, EAC has partnered with a number of local organizations in East Africa to strengthen youth development through sport, education, and networking. The goal is to inspire young people to contribute actively in their local communities all year round, not just during the festival. Through sport and cultural activities, EAC creates meeting places across borders and gives young people the skills to engage with important topics such as peace, media literacy, sexual and reproductive health rights, and the prevention of gender-based violence.

In early 2025, Invite Sports entered into a partnership with East Africa Cup. Invite Sports is a Scandinavian technology company that delivers comprehensive IT solutions to sports clubs and tournaments, with products that make it easier to manage registration, payment, and invitations. With experience dating back to 2010, the company has developed its solutions in close dialogue with clubs in both Norway and Sweden. In addition to the Cup Manager solution, used in tournaments of all sizes, Invite Sports is also behind SuperInvite – a digital platform that simplifies payment and administration processes for sports organizations. The company is self-financed, profitable, and driven by a clear ambition to give sports the best tools for the future.
In 2025, Invite Sports was named Gazelle Company of the Year by Dagens Næringsliv – an honor achieved by only two percent of Norwegian companies. This award is the result of dedication and close collaboration with customers and partners, and also marks an important step forward in the company's journey.

The partnership with East Africa Cup is a natural extension of this commitment. By September 2025, Invite Sports had raised close to NOK 50,000 for EAC through SuperInvite. The funds are used to organize activities for children and young people in challenging situations, while also contributing to EAC's work on basic public education and community building.
Invite Sports is proud to support East Africa Cup in its work to create safety, hope, and opportunities for young people in East Africa. Together, we look forward to further developing the partnership, so that both sports and young people have even better conditions to thrive in the years to come.
