A bit of information from Superinvite

Superinvite has had significant growth in 2019, and it's very gratifying to see that a large share of the clubs in Norway prefer our solution. We take it as a compliment that we help create a more solid and predictable club economy. This also brings more obligations on our side as a system provider, and below is a bit of information about what's happening at Superinvite these days.

We're switching email server The vast majority receive the emails they should from Superinvite, such as receipts, account confirmation, invitations, and so on. We still want to catch the few who, for various reasons, don't receive email from the system, so we're strengthening our email processes with a mail server through MailChimp / MailGun. These are well-established providers that guarantee emails get through regardless of the situation, and we hope this will have a positive impact. This is already in place as of early March 2020.

Superinvite is hiring even more people Just before Christmas we hired Håvard Nordlie as a new customer advisor, and now we've also hired Joakim Borg for graphic design and further development. He'll mainly work on improving our popular solution www.cupinvite.com, a better user interface for Cup Manager and Superinvite, as well as other graphic areas of the company. We're looking forward to working with Joakim, and also to giving our functional solutions a bit of a visual lift. If you have input or suggestions on where we can improve in this area, feel free to get in touch with us.

Superinvite is coming as its own app The vast majority who pay through Superinvite create their own Superinvite account, where they can manage all receipts, installment charges, cards, and other details. With many users, we want to expand the functionality with a dedicated app that connects the club and its members even more closely. Through the app you'll be able to manage all payments even more easily, as well as receive messages directly to your phone from the club. All of this will make payments through Superinvite even easier, and we expect to have this ready by fall 2020.

Launch of new website Our existing website has held up well for several years, and has worked fine. Even so, we've seen the need to technically upgrade a number of areas, where we're focusing on visibility, a simpler structure, and a better user interface. Since Superinvite operates internationally, users will eventually also be able to choose their preferred language. If you have input on what we can do to make it even better, feel free to contact us. Over the summer, www.cupmanager.net will also adopt the same format for its website as Superinvite. Here you can see our new website – www.superinvite.com.
