We're proud to be growing both technically and on the customer side

In the run-up to summer, Superinvite has been busy with further development, and has produced several new features that our clubs have requested. It's always fun to introduce new developments on a platform that a large share of the country's clubs and associations use. Below you'll find a simple overview of the new features that have been launched, and we hope you'll get good use out of them.

Live links The real-time reports are used frequently by most people, and we've now given this part of Superinvite a facelift. You can now name all live links, while also getting access to the Excel version of the filtering you've set. If you change the filtering, it's updated for everyone who has access to the link. It's now also even easier to choose which products and registration fields should be included in the real-time report.

Text on the invitation Several people have requested a feature that lets you add your own invitation text to the invitations sent out from Superinvite. You can easily access this by previewing the invitation under the "Communication" tab.

Emails in new attire Thousands of people receive emails from Superinvite every week. We've therefore given all the emails Superinvite sends out a facelift, such as receipts, invitations, reminders, and more. These now have a more modern design and contain more information that may be useful for the recipient to know.

Simpler product setup On the page where you set up the products in Superinvite, we've made the page even more clear and user-friendly. We've also made moving products / changing their order even more stable regardless of browser.

Notes on orders In some cases it can be useful to add a note to an order, for example if someone has had half a period refunded, or other circumstances relating to the payment. Now you can easily add a short note to the order, so you don't have to remember it for later.

A brand new help page Superinvite is intuitive and easy to use for most people, but covers more and more features as time goes on. We've therefore created a dedicated help page, where you'll find information about what most people wonder about most. You can find Superinvite's help page here. You also have access to it at the top of the page when you're logged in to Superinvite.

Superinvite account Everyone who now pays through Superinvite gets their own Superinvite account, unless they opt out. We've now given all the pages relating to the payer's own Superinvite account a facelift, and now show all details relating to orders, discounts given, installment charges, refunds, and more. Later this fall, they'll also be able to indicate in real time whether they're attending activities or not, so you always have an overview.

Revenue forecast for installment payments To create predictability around revenue when using installment payments, we've built a dedicated report for this. It's found under the "Payment status" tab in the report called "XLS Transactions". We hope this will be useful to all our clubs that use installment payments or recurring payments.
