New features in Superinvite – March 2022

Winter is almost over, and so far it looks like we're avoiding new waves of Covid. Here at Superinvite we haven't been sitting still, and have recently developed several useful features that make everyday life easier for clubs.
QR code
Using a QR code can be useful in many contexts, and especially when you need control over attendance. We now have full support for using a QR code at arrival, so the club always has an overview of who has shown up, or who is not present. You can read more about Superinvite's QR code solution here.
FFO report
Some clubs have asked for a dedicated report covering deductions for "childcare" for those with children in FFO (after-school football program) / IFO. You can now easily download a dedicated report on this under "Settings". Remember that you first need to set which invitations are eligible for the FFO/IFO deduction, and which field represents the child's date of birth. If you have questions about the FFO report, feel free to contact us.
"Name" field in the registration form
Superinvite works with several hundred sports clubs, and each club chooses how to build its own registration form. However, so that we can present the best possible lists and reports, it's important that we know which field represents the "Name" of the participant or member. You can now do this very easily by marking the registration field as "Name", and you're done.
Participant payment in CupManager
CupManager has recently been working on improving everything related to results pages, registration, and tournament websites. All of this is now available to you as users. We are now also launching participant payment for tournaments through CupManager. This means all parents/participants can pay for things like participation fees, accommodation, and participant cards through CupManager. Need a walkthrough or help?
