We also see that many people create their own Superinvite account, even though it's only required when using recurring payments. Such an account offers many possibilities, including a better and stronger communication platform between the club and members. Starting from January 2019, everyone with a Superinvite account will see a weekly schedule showing all the activities they are registered for. Here everyone can let the club know if they cannot attend. Initially, this is especially relevant for Academy or FFO (after-school football program), but it can also be used for other types of invitations.

The club can also choose to enable an automatic reminder at an interval they set themselves, where all registered participants receive a message asking them to report if they cannot attend. This way, you as the organizer get more accurate attendance lists, and can plan better.

The feature is initially a pilot, where we want to gather experiences and tips from those of you who wish to use this feature. It will be available around January 20, 2019.
