Brighter times that many have been waiting for are approaching, and in the meantime we haven't been sitting idle at Superinvite. Here's a bit more information relevant to you as a Superinvite user.

Message filtering

You can now filter by both which weekdays the registered participant has chosen, and by fixed variables in the registration form. This makes it easier to send messages and communicate with members you want to reach, rather than sending to all registered participants.

Attendance list and communication

Also remember that you can now set which weekdays the invitation applies to, so that all registered participants can see which activities they/their children are registered for. They can then also let you know whether they're coming or not, giving your club better predictability.

Superinvite APP

A Superinvite APP helps club members keep track of more of the information that's sent out. After several hundred people tested the new Superinvite APP, we've only received positive feedback.

Reporting for tax deductions

At the start of each year, clubs are required to submit information about who has paid for FFO (after-school football program) / Academies (childcare). Parents receive a tax deduction for this type of cost, and are required to report this on behalf of each individual. For 2021 onward, it will be possible to generate this type of report, which will also be available in XML format for those who want it. This means it only takes the club a couple of minutes to handle the parental deduction.

Fritidskortet

BUFDIR has run a pilot in some municipalities around Fritidskortet ("the leisure card"). This is a solution to include everyone, where families can apply for funds to cover activity fees for their children. The solution and its framework have not yet been finalized by BUFDIR, but we're now working on putting a solution in place so that Fritidskortet is easy to manage through Superinvite. We'll come back with more information on this once BUFDIR has clarified how it will work in practice.

Cup Manager

Cup Manager keeps evolving, and it's now even easier to manage registrations and communication through the solution.
