Payment for Tertnes FFO Telenor Xtra

Starting in October, Tertnes switched to recurring payments. Recurring payments mean that once you choose a product, register a participant, and pay, the same amount will be charged automatically once a month, and for Tertnes the amount is charged on the 10th of each month. In many ways it can be compared to a gym subscription.

You will be asked whether you want to pay for the «Current period»****, or the «Next period», and as a rule you should choose «Current period». Only if you are completely new to Tertnes FFO Telenor Xtra (FFO – after-school football program), and are not starting until the next period, should you choose «Next period».

Changing your order / choices during the period

If, for example, you want to change from two days a week to three days a week for your child, Tertnes needs your authorization to charge a higher amount per month than two days a week costs. The same applies the other way around.

To change an order (recurring payment), log in at https://www.superinvite.no/#/customers/login. Here you can open the order and cancel the active plan. You then need to place a new order where you choose, for example, three days a week, which in turn gives Tertnes permission to charge the applicable amount in the following months. Here you will also be asked whether you want to pay for the «Current period», or the «Next period». What you choose here depends on whether you cancelled the old plan during the current period, or whether you have already paid for the current one. Contact your club if you are unsure about this.
