Link for direct payment in all payment reminders
On all payment reminders that are sent out, there is now a new function available where the user can choose to pay / settle outstanding amounts directly. We hope that this can contribute to the amounts being paid into the club more quickly, and also enables another person to pay (For example partner), or if you want to use a different card than the one registered on the withdrawals.

Easier overview of unpaid withdrawals and stopped withdrawals
Until now, you have had a good overview of all partial payment withdrawals that have challenges in being withdrawn. We have now made it even easier to distinguish between moves that are still attempted, and moves that have been attempted 5 times, and therefore stopped. The new function makes it easier to follow up those who have outstanding deductions / claims that the club can collect
Easier setup of multi-choice products
In line with a growing customer base and further development of our solutions, we are now expanding support our department with yet another new employee. Welcome to Amanda Karlsson from 15 August. What are we working on now?
We are continuously working on developing Superinvite, so that our users will have an even easier everyday life. Although we are already a leader in functionality around handling Academies and FFO, we have some major updates regarding what is coming in the new year. Below you will find some information about it.
– Variable prices for car towing at the Academy
The level of activity throughout the season may vary somewhat, based on holidays such as Christmas / New Year, the summer holidays, and other conditions. This also affects what price to set this month. Soon you can set prices per month throughout the year, such as zero amount in the month of July, or half price in the month of December when the activity is usually somewhat lower. We hope this can make the experience of Superinvite even easier for Academy management.
- Termination period for the Academies
Some Academies have a notice period, where for example you have one or two months' notice. Soon we will launch a function where you can set a given notice period, from the date someone cancels the partial payment.
- Easier to change an active registration at the Academy
In some cases, participants at the Academy wish to change from, for example, two to three days a week, or vice versa. We are now working on a solution where you can easily change this directly, without having to cancel your active plan and submit a new registration.
