Easter has passed and we notice a lot of activity in the clubs during the day. It's fun to see how both children and adults around the country can once again arrange and participate in activities after a few years of pandemic. We at Superinvite continue to continuously develop the systems so that you can optimize your activities and spend your time on what is fun. Recently, we have created even more useful features that make everyday life even easier for the clubs, expanded internationally, and strengthened support.
New Sales Manager in Denmark
Lars Bergstrøm has been appointed as the new Sales Manager in Denmark. We welcome Lars and look forward to working with him in the future. Lars has extensive experience with customer care and sports, and he wants to help even more clubs and tournaments get started with Superinvite and Cup Manager in Denmark.
New support employee
We have also strengthened support our department and welcome Momodou Cham to the team. Momodou has experience from both club and support, he has also lived several years in both Norway, Sweden and England. Momodou is already well underway and we look forward to providing you with superb service when needed.
Popular Superinvite App
In the Superinvite App for those who pay and sign up, you have a full overview of all orders, registrations, QR codes for attendance, as well as administration of payment cards, etc. We recommend all our clubs to encourage members to use the Superinvite app for a simpler everyday life, both for those who pay, and for the club.
Periodic revenue report
We recommend all clubs to use the Superinvite monthly report when settling for each month. However, there has been a need for a separate report where the club can see all turnover figures throughout an entire year or want intervals. This is now available under "Settings".
Attendees list
If you have FFO, Football School or other events, you can now easily be notified of who is coming and who is not coming in advance. This makes it easier to plan everything and provides better predictability. In Superinvite under "Attendance list" you have a full overview of everyone who has signed up on the relevant days. Remember to put Day of the week before each product under "Options". Please contact us if you have any questions about the "Attendance List" in Superinvite.
