Winter is almost over and for now it looks like we will escape new rounds of Covid. We at Superinvite have not been on the lazy side, and have recently developed several useful functions that make everyday life easier for the clubs.
QR Code
Using a QR code can be useful in many contexts, and especially when you need to check attendance. We now have full support for using a QR code on arrival, so that the club always has control over those who have turned up, or who are not present. You can read more about Superinvite's QR code solution here.
FFO rapport
A number of clubs have requested a separate report that applies to deductions for "Child care" for those who have children at FFO / IFO. You can now easily download a separate report on this under "Settings". Remember that you must first set which mailings are eligible for FFO / IFO deduction, and which field is the child's date of birth. If you have any questions about the FFO report, please contact us.
Field for "Name" in the registration form
Superinvite works with many hundreds of sports clubs, and how each individual club builds up its registration form is their choice. But in order for us to be able to present the best possible lists and reports, it is important that we which field applies to the "Name" of the participant or member. You can now do this very easily by marking the registration field with "Name", then it's done.
Participant payment in CupManager
CupManager has recently been working on refurbishing all matters related to the results pages, registration and cup websites. All this is now available to you as users. We are now also launching participant payment for tournaments through CupManager. This means that all parents / participants can pay, among other things, deductibles, accommodation and participant cards through CupManager.
