Now we are moving towards brighter times that many have been waiting for, and in the meantime we have not been on the lazy side in Superinvite. Here you have some more information that is relevant to you as a Superinvite user.
Filtering of messages
You can now filter on both which days of the week the registrant has chosen, and on fixed variables in the registration form. This makes it easier for you to send out messages and communicate with members to those you want to meet, rather than sending out to all registered members.
Attendance list and communication
Also remember that you can now set which days of the week the mailing applies to, so that all registered people can see which activities they/the children are registered for. Then they can also let you know if they are coming or not, so that you as a club have better predictability.
A Superinvite App helps members of the club get more information about what is sent out. After several hundred people have tested the new Superinvite App, we have only received good feedback.
Reporting for tax deductions
At the beginning of each year, the clubs are obliged to submit information about who has paid for FFO / Academies (Childcare). Parents receive tax deductions for these types of costs, and are obliged to report this on behalf of each individual. For the year 2021 and onwards, it will be possible to retrieve this type of report, which also comes in XLM format for those who want it. Then it only takes the club a couple of minutes to resolve this with parental deductions.
The leisure card
BUFDIR has run a pilot in some municipalities around the Leisure Card. This is a solution to include everyone, where families can apply for funds to cover activity fees for the children. The solution and the framework around this have not yet been clarified by BUFDIR, but we are now working on putting a solution in place so that it is easy to handle the Leisure Card through Superinvite. We will come back with more information about this when BUFDIR has made more concrete how this will work in practice.
Cup Manager is constantly developing, and now it is even easier to handle registrations and communication through the solution.
