Superinvite attendance lists and attendance control
Recently, Superinvite has been updated with a completely new function for attendance control. This is relevant to use in several cases:
- Parents/members let us know whether or not they are coming in advance, so that the club has better predictability and can plan better.
- On the actual day of attendance, the person who has the summons can very easily tick off those who have come, or not. The parents then receive a message that the participant has turned up.
- Via the new option to send messages to each other, communication between club and member/participant is improved.
Predictability creates advantages
All the club needs to do is go in and set which days of the week each product (Alternatives) applies to, then Superinvite gives a full overview of who will come on the different days.
