New features in Superinvite
Superinvite has not been on the lazy side when it comes to further development of new functions in 2020. We have used the time well, and below you will find some information about what is completely new in Superinvite.
New Superinvite App
In order for communication between club and member/participant to be better and easier, Superinvite has now launched its own Superinvite App. Through this, you can send messages, give notice of attendance on specific days, manage payment cards, pay outstanding amounts, and more. Especially those clubs that have FFO / Academy will greatly benefit from the new Superinvite App. Read more about the new App here.
Attendance lists in real time
A function where you can register and manage attendance has been in demand for quite some time. Now it's finally in place, and it's super easy to get started. All you have to do is put days of the week on your products and Superinvite will do the rest. It only takes a couple of minutes. Then the parents also receive a simple message as soon as the child is registered, which creates even better security. Read more about attendance lists here.
Set maximum number of days (Academy / FFO)
In January 2021, we will also launch the maximum number of participants on the various days you wish to participate in the Academy / FFO, or other types of mailings. This has been a requested feature, and is now finally in place. This makes it easier to manage registrations, so that it is optimally evenly distributed over days, and creates less administrative work. More information will come in the new year as soon as it is launched.
Is it time to think Tournaments?
The outlook in 2021 looks somewhat brighter than in March 2020, and we see that more and more clubs are starting to plan new tournaments in CupManger for the year 2021. If you want to set everything up together with one of our employees, please contact us . If you use Cup Manger, you will also be included in the list of all tournaments at https://www.cupinvite.com/
